I am having spottings for past 4 days before my period begun but the period is not going in constant basis… Generally females on 2nd -3rd day deals with heavy flow than other days in teen years. But all i am getting is very light and less period. Should I be worried about the cycle for this month because i do workout regularly.. So is there any symptoms of my health issue?
